“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men…”
Which is why we MUST ban abortion NOW.
America’s founders clearly stated in the Declaration of Independence that the securing of the God-given, unalienable right to life of every person is the primary reason for the existence of government.
And, the ultimate purpose of our Constitution is to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to Posterity.”
Two of the Amendments to that precious document spell out unmistakably what is required of every officer of government, at every level, and in every branch:
